The team's mission is the protection of birds in Montenegro through educational and researching activities. The main target group are citizens of Montenegro since they have to be aware of natural resources of their country. Also, during implementation of our activities the team will work with nation al and local governmental authorities, business organisations and institutions (mostly with banks), national parks managements, scientific and academia institutions, schools and environmental non-governmental organisations.

The project goal is to raise public awareness of local citizens about endangered bird species in Ulcinj saltpans. This will be achieved through educational and campaigning activities. For this purpose the team will produce an educational brochure, written in an interesting, informative and simple way that can be understandable for local citizens. Also, the brochure will present possibilities of sustainable use as opposed to hunting. It will be distributed to local citizens and local decision makers.

This brochure will be accompanied by a series of articles in local and national newspapers. Also, there is a a good possibility that we can promote these actions on the morning program on national television.
